In its continued commitment to education and community service, the Rotaract Club of Pasay Southeast proudly launched the RAC E-Library, a meaningful initiative that provides free printing and photocopying services for the youth of Barangay Pinagsama, Taguig City.
The project was established to support students by giving them access to essential academic resources, especially those who may have limited means to afford printing and photocopying services. Through this initiative, learners are given the opportunity to focus more on their studies without the added burden of extra expenses.

The success of the RAC E-Library was made possible through the generous partnership with the Barangay Pinagsama Council, headed by Barangay Captain Ma. Victoria M. Mortel. The organization expresses its sincere gratitude for allowing the use of a dedicated space within the barangay, making it possible to establish a safe and accessible environment for students to utilize the services.

Since its launch, the RAC E-Library has already catered a total of 18,445 pages, reflecting the strong demand and positive impact of the project within the community. This milestone highlights how the initiative has become a valuable support system for students, helping them complete school requirements more efficiently.
Rotaract members and officers actively manage and operate the E-Library, ensuring that services are organized, accessible, and responsive to the needs of the youth. Beyond printing and photocopying, the space also serves as a hub for learning, collaboration, and community engagement.

More than just a service, the RAC E-Library stands as a testament to the power of collaboration and shared vision. It embodies the belief that education should be accessible to all and that small efforts can create meaningful change in the lives of young individuals.
Through this initiative, the Rotaract Club of Pasay Southeast continues to uplift and empower the youth, proving that investing in education is an investment in a brighter and more promising future for the entire community.
