In the true spirit of the Christmas season, the Rotaract Club of Pasay Southeast – Pinagsama Chapter successfully organized a meaningful gift-giving activity, spreading joy and hope to children across Barangay Pinagsama, Taguig City. The initiative aimed to celebrate the season of giving by sharing simple yet heartfelt presents with the community.
A total of 2,000 toys were distributed to children from various villages within Barangay Pinagsama, ensuring that the warmth of Christmas reached as many families as possible. Beneficiaries came from Panam, Upperwest, ISG Central, G2, Palar, 16th ISU, EP Housing Phase 1, Phase 1 Pinagsama, and Phase 2 Pinagsama. The widespread distribution reflected the club’s dedication to inclusivity and its commitment to reaching different sectors of the community.
The success of the activity was made possible through partnership with the Barangay Pinagsama Council, headed by Barangay Captain Ma. Victoria M. Mortel. Through their support and coordination, the distribution process was organized and efficient, allowing volunteers to reach each area smoothly and safely.
Rotaract members, together with volunteers, worked tirelessly to prepare, organize, and distribute the toys. Each gift represented not just a material item, but also a message of care, generosity, and the joy of the holiday season. The event created a festive atmosphere as children excitedly received their presents, their smiles reflecting the true essence of Christmas.
