District 3860 formally installed Jacob Erm Jericho Dolino as the District Rotaract Representative (DRR) for Rotary Year 2025–2026, recognizing his professional background in healthcare and proven leadership in service, advocacy, and youth empowerment at both the club and district levels, during a ceremony at the Cebu City Social Hall on Saturday, August 9.

In his inaugural address, DRR Dolino anchored his message on this year’s theme, “Unite for Good,” emphasizing that the true strength of Rotaract lies not in individual accomplishments but in collective action.

“When we unite—not just in events, but in purpose—we create ripples of good that extend far beyond our clubs, our communities, and even our country,” he said.

To translate this unity into action, DRR Dolino introduced his leadership framework for the year, calling it “ERMpowered3860: Engage, Recognize, and Mobilize.”

He explained that “Engage” focuses on strengthening relationships, which he described as the “heartbeat of Rotaract.” Through this pillar, the district aims to deepen connections within clubs and across the district, ensuring that every member feels welcomed, valued, and heard.

Under “Recognize,” he emphasized the importance of appreciation in sustaining motivation. He noted that the district would honor the dedication, creativity, and resilience of Rotaractors, ensuring that every contribution is acknowledged and celebrated.

Meanwhile, “Mobilize” centers on transforming passion into meaningful action. He shared that clubs would be encouraged to take bold initiatives, establish partnerships, and turn innovative ideas into impactful realities.

Building on these pillars, DRR Dolino stressed that membership is the heart of the organization, describing it as the “new currency” that drives influence, reach, and sustainability.

Additionally, he presented his district officers who will assist him in carrying out his vision for the year, highlighting the team that will help implement “ERMpowered3860.”

“Every additional member means more hands to serve, more minds to create, and more hearts to care. And in District 3860, we believe every rotaractor matters,” he added.

Moreover, the DRR urged club presidents and officers to prioritize membership, study trends to understand what attracts and retains members, address key challenges, and introduce innovative solutions aimed at both growing numbers and improving the overall Rotaract experience.

“When we nurture our members, we are investing in leaders. When we grow our clubs, we are expanding our capacity to change lives. And when we make every Rotaractor feel they belong, we are ensuring the future of Rotaract remains strong and vibrant,” he said.

The Charging of Officers was led by Maria Janel Obnimaga, District Chief of Staff–Visayas for Rotary Year 2025–2026. Meanwhile, the Induction of District Rotaract Representatives and District Officers was conducted by Past District Governor Joseph Michael Espina.
