To strengthen digital engagement and operation, District 3860 launched “Systems for Service,” a two-batch orientation designed to familiarize club officers and members with the essential digital platforms that support district operations, held via Google Meet last July 9 and July 12.
According to the district’s official page, the initiative serves as a specialized onboarding program for Rotaractors, helping them master the platforms that “drive the district forward.”

Moreover, the orientation equips participants with the necessary tools to connect, report, and engage effectively throughout the Rotary year.
District Rotaract Representative (DRR) Jacob Erm Jericho Dolino led the introduction of the district’s newly built website, presenting its key features and guiding participants on how to navigate the platform.

This was followed by a session on District Reporting, facilitated by District Secretary and District Rotaract Representative Nominee (DS/DRRN) Jan Dale Carlo Catalonia.
He discussed the proper reporting channels, where reports should be submitted, and how the district’s reporting and tracking systems operate.
The final session was delivered by District Communications Officer (DCOS) JN. Vianney Dagandan, who introduced MyRotary.org, the official platform where members can access tools and resources to enhance their membership experience.

DCOS Dagdandan also explained how members can view membership records, submit reports on members and club presidents, enter service project details, and access resources through the brand center.
At the end of the orientation, participants gained an overview of the district’s digital systems and the processes used for communication and reporting across clubs in line of delivering efficient means of information cycle across the district to improve membership, projects, and activity tracking of clubs under the Rotaract district 3860.
