The Philippines is composed of 10 Rotaract Districts and one of the active districts is District 3800. This District is composed of the Rotaract Clubs in the Cities of Malabon, Navotas, Caloocan, Valenzuela, Pasig, San Juan, Mandaluyong, Marikina and Province of Rizal. What are the provinces under your district?
Our district is composed of Malabon, Navotas, Caloocan, Valenzuela, Marikina, Pasig, San Juan and Mandaluyong in Metro Manila and the province of Rizal.
Despite the differences in cultures, traditions, and dialects, how did you manage to create a long-lasting bond among the clubs under your district?
Despite those, our district and our members have one common goal, which is to help the community. And by having the same vision and enriching our mission, we can communicate well and create more sustainable and meaningful projects which serve as our achievements that strengthen our relationships and bonds towards everyone.
What are the biggest contributions of your district in the Pilipinas MDIO?
One of the contributions that we all take pride in is that our district was able to produce an outstanding leader who held the highest office in Pilipinas MDIO (PDRR Francis Castil), and the district also has members that have been appointed to various committees of MDIO (PDRR Arnold and PDRR Marvin).
What are the flagship projects of your district that can be shared to other districts?
In observance and adherence to the newly added cause of Rotary, SUPPORTING THE ENVIRONMENT, one of the district’s flagship projects this year is the EnviroCare project, a district-wide but zone by zone initiative where we clean revers using bokashi balls, clean-up drives, and most importantly we promote proper and responsible waste disposal.
How many Rotaractors and Rotaract Clubs in your district?
Based on the September 10, 2021 data from RI, the district has 84 Active Clubs and 1444 members.
How’s your relationship to your Rotary and Interact Clubs?
As we traverse in the course of ELEVATE ROTARACT, our relationship with the Rotary district and Rotary clubs in 3800 is getting more and more stronger. We can all see that Rotarians are in full support of our Rotaractors since they started to include Rotaractors as part of various committees in their club, plus many of our Rotaractors are also part of RID 3800’s committee. Moreover, in line to have a bigger number of members, we constantly communicate and support our Interactors as we aim to have them join us after their Interact stint.
What are the best tourist attractions in your district and what made it unique?
All we can say is that each city under the district has different and unique tourist attractions since our district contains cities which has rich histories.

If you are from other districts we encourage you to visit all zones in District 3800, it is for you not just to understand how diverse we are but also for you to know what we can offer. It is easy to take a trip in the whole district since we are fortunate to have all zones in nice geographic locations.
What is your district known for?
You can easily distinct RAC D3800 since we are known for embodying the efforts of our historical heroes by giving all our best in times of our fellow Filipinos are in need. We live day to day by having the spirit of resiliency. We are also known as a gateway paradise since most people are passing through our district while enjoying our rich history.
