Designed to provide thorough and in-depth seminars for each barangay that go beyond topics commonly covered in regular trainings, with a strong focus on removing stigma, serving those most in need, and deepening understanding of legal processes at the community level. It aims to empower frontline community peace and safety officers with knowledge, awareness, and practical guidance to help them perform their duties more effectively and compassionately.
