The Twinship Agreement, held on March 1, 2026, marked a partnership between the Rotaract Club of Cebu Fuente – University of San Carlos (RACCF-USC, RID 3860) and the Rotaract Club of Dyal Singh College (RAC-DSC, RID 3012). This twinship connected the two clubs from different countries through online cultural exchange programs and collaborative initiatives promoting cultural pride and diversity.
The partnership officially began on January 20, 2026, through preparations for the cultural exchange project Culture Connect 2.0, where Rotaractors showcased the diverse cultures of India and the Philippines. During the event, RACCF-USC members proudly presented the annual Sinulog street parade, while RAC-DSC passionately shared insights about Maharashtrian culture, emphasizing virtues such as devotion and valor.

The twinship agreement was held online via Zoom and lasted approximately 15 minutes. It outlined a one-year partnership between the two clubs, during which they will continue to pursue projects that strengthen the spirit of Rotaract across cultures and geographical boundaries.

From the Queen City of the South in the Philippines to New Delhi, the capital of India, this twinship agreement demonstrated that action, service, and unity know no bounds.
