The project commenced with an opening program that set the tone for a meaningful experience. This was followed by a lecture on healthy hydration, highlighting the importance of staying hydrated for overall well-being.

A separate lecture on toothbrushes and oral hygiene further emphasized the value of self-care. Participants then received toothbrushes, toothpaste, hydration bottles, and a nutritious meal as part of the feeding program. These activities aimed to promote mental well-being, social connection, and self-care in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

The highlight of the event was the toothbrushing drill, where participants put their newly acquired knowledge into practice. An oral check-up and fluoride varnish application followed, providing participants with the opportunity to receive personalized oral care.
