The event aims to provide students with enhanced technical supplementation of Rotary’s Three Areas of Focus concepts and ideas, as well as to encourage participatory and proactive learning.

Headed by International Services Director Desire Valencia and co-headed by the International Services Assistant Director, Justine Mae Garcia, the five-hour webinar consist discussions on practical experiences shared by speakers who are fond in the areas of Peacebuilding and Conflict Prevention, Maternal and Child Health, and Basic Education and Literacy, catching the attention of its members and other spectators with its noteworthy topics such as the Role of Youth in Community Peacebuilding; Prioritizing Quality Care in Maternal Health;  and Learning Continuity: Enable, Engage, Elevate and Extend, by remarkable speakers such as Mr. Arjay P. Capitle, J.D., Ms. Richelle Dee, MD, Ms. Vea Rica Madlangsakay, RPm, LPT, and Mr. Maui B. Buenaventura, MAEd respectively. Led by its President, John Emmanuel Barleta, and supported by its advisers, Ms. Crystalyn R. Lumague and Ms. Melisa F. Leoncio, the organization adopted measures that are necessary in fostering socio-civic advancement among the organization’s members. Furthermore, its events, just like Call for (RAC)tion, are dedicated to improving the quality of Rotary knowledge and leadership of our RAC members.

The term of the officers serving office in this organization has ended, but RAC-BulSU’s dedication to fulfill its duties to empower their fellow students in all walks of life is only beginning. From this year forth, RAC-BulSU’s members and officers will certainly continue to embody and enliven the club’s motto: “Serve to Change Lives” and remain to be “yours in service.”
