English Language and Call Center Training is a program offered by the Pampanga Manpower Training Center (PMTC). It is a program for anyone who wants to improve their English communication skills and work in the Business Process Outsourcing industry. Rotaract Club of Mabalacat-Clark requested for training assistance from PMTC to start the training in Mabalacat City in order to accommodate all barangay residents within the city.

Despite the pandemic, the BPO sector continues to grow and move forward. It is still the fastest growing industry in the Philippines. Call center companies reinforce online recruitment to let future employees apply virtually.

The participants will undergo a 15-20 day training wherein they will learn how to be prompt, precise, clear, and pleasant with responding to international customers. The program provides an easy-to-follow course on how to speak English confidently, understand common call center functions, and other fundamental skills for passing job interviews.

After completing the training, each participant will undertake a mock interview to assess their performance before endorsing them to different BPO companies in Clark, Pampanga. Participants of the training will be assisted by the trainer from their initial to final interview.

As part of this program, each participant will receive Php 3,000 cash from the Pampanga Provincial Capitol. It will serve as their allowance to be used in processing the needed requirements for their job application.

Learning the Difference between Good and Great Customer Service

With the help of Rotary Club of Mabalacat-Clark, Rotaract Club of Mabalacat-Clark was able to secure a room to be used as a training facility inside the Mabalacat City College campus. Each batch consists of 30 participants. The registration for Batch 2 and 3 is ongoing until August 30, 2021.
