Legacy of Little Joys: Celebrating Year 4 of Paskong Bulilit

The Rotaract Club of Angat continues its legacy project that brings not only achievement to the club but also smiles, laughter, and lasting memories to children and families alike. From humble beginnings, the initiative has grown into a heartfelt tradition that fosters joy, connection, and meaningful experiences within the community.

Wrapped gifts filled the stage on December 7, 2025, ready to make 60 students feel seen and appreciated during the holiday celebration.

“Paskong Bulilit: Year 4,” held on December 7, 2025, was conducted at the remote Col. Vicente L. Salvador Elementary School in Brgy. Laog, Angat, Bulacan. The event was a collaboration among the Sangguniang Barangay ng Laog, the Rotaract Club of Angat, and partner clubs—bringing inspiration and joy to 60 students from Kinder 1 to Grade 1.

The celebration featured storytelling sessions, a children’s hygiene drive that included proper toothbrushing and handwashing seminars, hair grooming, interactive game booths, an inflatable playground, an immunization drive, and most importantly, gift-giving.

Unlike previous years, which focused on simple storytelling and classic games, this fourth year evolved into a more vibrant and dynamic celebration. The addition of inflatable playgrounds and colorful food booths elevated the experience for the children, making it both festive and memorable.

More than just a holiday event, Paskong Bulilit serves as a reminder that through collective effort, communities can create opportunities for learning, kindness, and meaningful celebration—ensuring that every child feels seen, valued, and appreciated during the Christmas season.
