I am pleased to say that I have the privilege of being a new Paul Harris Fellow this year. I have been involved with the organization for many years. The Rotary Foundation was created by Rotary International to serve as its benevolent arm. We are a non-profit organization that works with local communities all over the world to improve lives through scholarship programs, health and wellness initiatives, community service projects, disaster relief efforts, and much more!
Paul Harris Fellow
The Paul Harris Fellow is a Rotary International award given to members who have made a significant impact on the lives of others.
The award was created in memory of Sir Paul Harris, founder of the world’s largest youth organization, and one of his most famous quotes: “If you want to make peace with your neighbor, go ahead.” In other words, if you want to be able to live peacefully with people around you or even across from them (such as at work), then you should try being friendly and helpful.
The idea behind this award is simple: recognition for those who have gone above and beyond their duties as volunteers or staff members within their local community organizations by taking on extra responsibilities that benefit others beyond just themselves. It doesn’t matter how big or small these efforts maybe—they’re all worth celebrating!

The Paul Harris Fellow is an award given to those who have made a lasting contribution to humanity. This honor is given by Rotary International and it’s considered the highest honor for service in Rotary International.
As you can see, this person was an incredible philanthropist and did amazing things for his community as well as around the world.

The Foundation is a member of the National Council of Foundations, which means it’s dedicated to advancing philanthropy and community service on behalf of all its members. It’s a not-for-profit organization that supports humanitarian, educational, and scientific projects worldwide.
The Foundation is committed to creating positive change through its projects, which include funding scholarships for students who want to study abroad; supporting healthcare workers in developing countries; providing clean water for poor communities around the world; helping children with hearing loss through their Hearing Impaired Children’s Program (HICP); helping alleviate poverty by providing food aid or microloans for rural entrepreneurs in developing countries
