Education continues to evolve in a world increasingly driven by technology. Recognizing this, the Rotaract Club of Cebu Fuente launched Hands and Minds: Enhancing Learning Spaces for a Healthier Future, with a special focus on strengthening digital literacy among young learners.

In Danao City, the project took shape through the turnover of computer sets to Severo Duterte Memorial Elementary School, creating an ICT hub that will support both students and educators in their pursuit of knowledge.

For many public schools, access to digital tools remains limited. By providing computers and supporting educational infrastructure, RACCF hopes to bridge the digital divide and empower students with skills necessary for the modern world.

Beyond the equipment itself, the initiative symbolizes opportunity. The ICT hub will allow students to explore learning resources, develop computer literacy, and engage with technology in ways that expand their academic horizons.

What made the project even more meaningful was the collaboration between Rotaractors, school leaders, and community partners who all share the same vision: to create learning environments where students can thrive.

Hands and Minds in Danao demonstrates that when communities and organizations unite for education, the impact extends far beyond the classroom—shaping futures and opening doors for generations of learners.
