The Rotaract Club of Lucena South held its annual Club Orientation, Assembly, Training, and Summer Bonding event at Palms Private Resort and Events Place in Isabang, Lucena City.

Participants proudly receive their Certificates of Participation after completing the COATS orientation and training sessions.

The event was attended by prospective members, with assistance from Past President Giovanni Angara, who conducted the orientation for those interested in joining the club.

A Rotaract officer delivers part of the COATS orientation, discussing club structure, expectations, and the vision for the upcoming Rotary year.

In addition to the orientation, President Karen Jane Montero discussed a section of the RI’s Manual of Procedure, emphasizing the attendance requirements for members throughout the Rotary year and the payment of club dues. President-elect Luigi Oblena also shared information about upcoming projects and activities scheduled from April to June.

Members enjoy a relaxed fellowship session after the training activities, celebrating friendship and the vibrant Rotaract spirit.

A team-building activity was organized by the incoming club administration chair and club treasurer, Rtr. Jomari Caadlawon and Rtr. Jeninah Estacio.

A meaningful moment during COATS as the bell and gavel are formally passed, symbolizing the transition of leadership and the start of a new Rotary year for the Rotaract Club of Lucena South.

Meanwhile, PE Luigi accepted the bell and gavel during the transition, as President Karen officially passed the presidency to him.
