Access to clean water is fundamental to health, dignity, and sustainable living.
Recognizing this, the Rotaract Club of San Juan launched “One Well, Many Lives”, a service initiative centered on improving Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) in underserved communities by providing a reliable and safe water source that supports daily needs while promoting better hygiene practices.

From June to December 2025, the project came to life through months of dedication, planning, and teamwork. Club members worked hand in hand to raise funds, organize logistics, and partner with local stakeholders. Their shared efforts led to the successful installation of a water pump in Barangay Pinamaniquian, Albay—providing a long-term solution to the community’s water challenges.
Before the project, many residents had to walk long distances just to collect water for daily use. Today, families have easier access to clean water for drinking, cooking, and maintaining proper hygiene. This simple yet meaningful change not only saves time and energy but also helps reduce health risks linked to unsafe water.

Rotaractors personally visited the community to see the impact firsthand. Beyond witnessing the water pump in use, they connected with residents and heard stories of how daily life has improved.More than a project, One Well, Many Lives reflects compassion in action, showing that when people come together, even one well can truly change many lives.
