The Rotaract Club of Cebu Fuente – University of San Carlos (RACCF-USC, RID 3860) and the Rotaract Club of Dyal Singh College (RAC-DSC, RID 3012) held their first joint bulletin meeting on January 28, 2026, at 9:30 PM. The meeting was attended by the officers of both clubs, marking a significant milestone in their international collaboration.

Culture Connect 2.0, a joint initiative between the two clubs, was born from the desire to bridge geographical gaps among youth leaders and transform “strangers on a screen” into a global community. Hosted by RAC-DSC, the event served as a digital crossroads where diversity was not merely acknowledged but celebrated.

Makulay na Bukas, RACCF-USC’s flagship project empowering orphaned boys through art and literacy.

RACCF-USC’s International Service Committee took center stage at Culture Connect 2.0, showcasing the vibrant heart of the Philippines by highlighting the rich traditions, colorful artistry, and warm hospitality of Cebuano culture. The club proudly shared what makes their home unique while also learning from fellow Rotaractors of RAC Julelal Institute of Technology and members of the Interact Club of Prudence Connect.

Both RAC-DSC and RACCF-USC also presented their respective flagship projects and emphasized their significance in serving their communities.

Makulay na Bukas, an initiative of RACCF-USC, is dedicated to empowering orphaned boys through art-centered engagement. Complementing these creative workshops are book-reading sessions featuring locally authored children’s literature. By donating storybooks that advocate social awareness and change, the club aims to broaden the boys’ perspectives and inspire hope for a brighter future.

Project Shiksha, RAC-DSC’s initiative promoting “Learning Beyond Limits.”

Meanwhile, Project Shiksha, under the tagline “Learning Beyond Limits,” stands as one of RAC-DSC’s flagship programs. The project organizes basic education and literacy sessions for underprivileged students and individuals, expanding access to quality education and learning opportunities.
