Ten consistent years of Multi-Diverse Service brought the Rotaract Club of Cebu to greater heights. Its achievements and consistency in serving Cebuano communities and expanding its network supporting Rotaract clubs nationwide became the hallmark of a tradition deeply rooted in the club’s shared heritage with its sponsoring club, the Rotary Club of Cebu.
Rotaractors gathered for one big photo in celebration of the 11th Induction and Handover Ceremonies and the 10th Charter Anniversary of the Rotaract Club of Cebu.
The Decade of Multi-Diverse Service capped off alongside the 11th Induction and Handover Ceremonies last September 28, 2024, where the next generation of Irresistibly Magical Rotaractors took the helm in leading the club and unlocking its potential in serving more Cebuano communities, with Irresistibly Magical President Rolan Ramirez, carrying the light of the Casita.
Rotaract Club of Cebu’s Officers and Board of Directors took their Oath of Office, with newly-inducted President Rolan Ramirez administering.
It is a full-circle moment for President Ramirez as he was one of the Club’s charter members in 2014. After a long stint in leading the BPO industry, he took the professional outlook and diversified joy in service within him as he was reinstated to the club during the Hope-Creating Year, RY 2023-2024. He took the Oath of Office, administered by District Rotaract Representative Mark Glen Baldo, as the club’s 11th President.

The spectacle of the Encanto-themed event was brought to life by the visiting Rotaract Clubs of Cebu Council, Iloilo South, Manila, and New Rise Kalookan North, which took part in the club’s milestone celebration. Balay Pagtabok, then called the Community Scouts Youth Guidance Center, graced the Casita with song and dance presentations in tribute to the club’s impact on their growth and development from rescues off the streets and distressed homes of Cebu City.

The event concluded with continued Fellowship – bringing Cebuano hospitality on full display and signifying aspirations and magic that the Rotaract Club of Cebu will deliver for years into the future.
