Past MDIO Chair Charlemagne Chua shares his recommendations on how the proponents from Group 4 can improve putting a learning center into place.

Groups 1 to 5 were assigned to breakout room number 1 with Past District Rotaract Representative Charlemagne Chua, President-elect Karen Jane Montero, and Miss Bianne Rellamas as their panelists, while groups 6 to 9 were assigned to breakout room number 2, with PDRR Myeza Catherine Garcia, PDRR Richard Jeric Chua, and Dr. Randy Nobleza. The judges were also given the chance to comment and share pieces of advice to improve the proposals of the teams.

Participants take a photo with the panelists before ending the second to the last session.
